Boys, Balls and Justin Bieber

Thats Right, I went there!

At this point if somebody doesn't know who Bieber is their living in a warzone bunker 300 meters below the ocean with no connection to the outside world. I'm not a " Belieber" so this isn't a post of Bieber glorification. However this isn't a bieberslam either. This is all about the backlash that boys in the general public receive because they just happen to listen to Bieber. I stress boys because it's normally the young guys and even girls who make the biggest fuss when a guy listens to Justin Bieber because kids are cruel and they have not hit that point in life where people just listen to music they like because of the music and not so much because of it's popularity. Not to mention adults just don't care whats on the other guys playlist beyond the possibility of finding a new song they may like.

Personally I'm not a fanboy, I knew about Stratford long before I knew about Bieber. I also knew about Bieber before most of the world..." Go Warriors" but none of this is important. The important thing is, I Listen To Justin Bieber.

I've sustained quite a bit of flack for it. Because you know everyone who listens to Bieber is a pre-teen girl, lesbian or a gay guy. I have go to say, I'm check that list and for some reason, I'm not falling into any of those. There are a lot of grown women who listen to some of his music, straight men, pre-teen boys who listen to the Biebs. There are musicians, dancers, athletes, construction workers, soldiers, teachers, girl guides, cub scouts and cadets and brownies who listen to him. It looks like there is a lot more of a spectrum to the Biebers audience.

If a guy happens to have some Bieber on his iPod it doesn't mean he's got a boy crush, doesn't mean he's gay or in the closet, doesn't mean he's a pedophile and it doesn't mean he's lost his balls! It probably means he finds some of his songs good.

I'm Hutch and I Listen to Justin Bieber.

P.S

I didn't play on the Stratford Warriors with Justin. He played divisions below me when I played two seasons in Stratford. He was actually a solid skater if memory serves me correct.
